Discourse of Rama Margarine, “taste”, was irresistible for its renewed face.
“Taste” remained at the forefront.
“Taste” is perceived differently by individuals. Inside the food and beverage culture there are many dynamics such as food and beverage, presentation, taste and conservation. These dynamics must be considered all together and this approach created “Rama, Story of Taste” Project.
Project was realized by an advisory board of professional archaeologists and food culture experts and the aim was to organize an exhibition to display historical artifacts from all ages of human history.
Approximately 1000 artifacts were displayed in an exhibition made of 6 parts in Istanbul Akmerkez and Ankara Güriş İş Merkezi.
Visitors also had the chance of tasting food of old ages.
The excellence of ‘Rama, Story of Taste’ project was honored by IPRA Golden World Award in 1998.
